Public conference - Expropriation in northern Kosovo 20th February 2023. 11.00 – 13.00

NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture - ACDC cordially invites you to participate in a public conference on the expropriation processes in northern Kosovo. The aim of the conference is to present the current situation in Leposavić municipality, decisions made by central institutions, implemented construction works, legislation, and what the residents can expect regarding their properties in the upcoming period.

Furthermore, how citizens feel about the situation, what it means for them, potential solutions to the problem, and what they can expect in the future regarding judicial institutions will also be discussed.

Duško Čelić, Law professor and expert for property issues
Mladen Ćiprijanović, Lawyer in Leposavić municipality
Nebojša Vlajić, Lawyer and legal representative of Leposavić municipality in this case

The conference will take place on 20th February on the premises of International Business College North Mitrovica (IBCM), starting at 11 am, in person and broadcasted live via the Zoom platform.

Translation into Serbian, Albanian and English will be provided.
