This project has a long-term impact on young legal professionals by providing them with practical skills and experience, making them more competitive in the job market. Interns will work in law offices and at ACDC, where they will develop skills, such as drafting legal documents, working with clients, and solving legal cases. The project contributes to strengthening the legal sector and institutions in northern Kosovo, improving the quality of legal services, and increasing public trust in the legal system.

Activities:

  • Preparing and publishing the public call for internship applications
  • Engaging interns in law offices and ACDC
  • Monitoring progress and evaluating performance

Expected Results:

  • Acquisition of practical experience and professional skills by young legal professionals
  • Enhancement of the legal sector and the capacity of legal institutions
  • Strengthening the employability of young legal professionals and expanding their professional networks
  • Contribution to reinforcing the legal system and increasing public trust in legal institutions

Long-Term Impact:
An increase in the number of young legal professionals with practical experience can contribute to reducing unemployment, fostering economic development, and strengthening social cohesion in northern Kosovo.
