This project promotes labor rights awareness and access to justice in northern Kosovo. Through education, legal aid, dialogue, and media outreach, it empowers youth and informal workers to understand, claim, and advocate for their rights, while strengthening civic engagement and institutional accountability.
Project Objectives

Raise awareness of labor rights through participatory education and outreach.

Key Activities

School of Labor Rights: Eight interactive sessions for youth on contracts, fair wages, workplace safety, and reporting mechanisms.

Community Legal Aid: Weekly consultations with a legal advisor providing free support, complaint preparation, and institutional referrals.
