NGO Advocacy Center for Democratic Culture (ACDC) from North Mitrovica is implementing the project Public Information Services and Information for Vulnerable Communities in Kosovo (PIAKOS), supported by ATRC Kosovo.

For the purpose of implementing project activities, we are sending you this request for submission of an offer for the period 12.01.2026 – 28.02.2026.

We kindly invite you to submit your offers based on the following technical specifications:

Service 1: Catering/lunch for training participants (main course, side dish, salad, and bread)
Unit – 180 | Unit price | Total

Service 2: Refreshments for participants (non-alcoholic cold/hot beverages, water, coffee, juice, tea)
Unit – 180 | Unit price | Total

Service 3: Rental of a venue for conducting the training
Unit – 9 | Unit price | Total
