The online platform, developed in collaboration with the Office for Communities, represents a comprehensive resource for non-majority communities in Kosovo. It is available in six languages, including Albanian, Serbian, Romani, Bosnian, Gorani, and Turkish, and aims to mobilize and organize citizens through strategic planning to address community issues, using online platforms, protests, creative actions, reporting, and proposing legally relevant solutions to responsible officials.

This platform serves as a vital tool for empowering minority communities in Kosovo by providing them with valuable information and resources. It fosters collaboration and engagement among citizens and aims to bring about positive change within these communities.

The platform's main objective is to meet the requirements of all communities in Kosovo and tackle matters concerning justice, human rights, economic parity, and democracy. It strives to unite people based on shared principles of impartiality, unity, and equity, irrespective of their community origins.

The platform was developed by ACDC under the program of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and financially supported by the British Embassy in Kosovo and the Swiss Embassy in Kosovo

Key features of the platform include:

  • The platform contains detailed information about each community, including language, flag, symbols, important dates, and population estimates.
  • NGOs and individuals can register on the platform to address specific community issues. This allows them to select a priority community, focus on solving specific problems, and transparently receive funding, effectively addressing issues.
  • A specific section allows reporting violations of the rights of non-majority communities. Users can fill out forms with details of violations, and relevant institutions will respond to reports and address the stated problem or violation.
