The training will offer space to exchange experiences, discuss barriers LGBTQI+ people face in employment and explore practical ways to promote more inclusive workplaces, with particular attention to northern Kosovo.

The training is organized within the project Bringing Pride to the North 2.0, implemented by ACDC as part of the regional project Together for LGBTQI+ Equality, led by the Centre for Civic Education (CCE) in partnership with ERA – LGBTI Equal Rights Association for the Western Balkans and Turkey, Queer Montenegro, Queer Center from Skopje, Tuzla Open Centre, NGO OMSA from Albania, and the Centre for Social Group Development from Kosovo. The project is funded by the European Union.
