Inclusive Youth Empowerment through Internships and Professional Development



The project aims to increase the employability and competitiveness of young people from minority communities through professional training and practical work in institutions and organizations. It promotes social inclusion, gender equality, and equal opportunities for youth, contributing to their professional development and strengthening their role in the local community.

Main Activities

  • Launch and implementation of a public call for youth internship participation.

  • Selection process and mentoring of candidates.

  • Introductory trainings and orientation workshops.

  • Placement of youth in institutions, offices, and organizations for practical work.
