He highlighted Government Measure 1.8, from which around 260 young people from the north of Kosovo have benefited so far, most of whom remain employed.
His colleague from South Mitrovica, Besmir Salihu, added that good cooperation between the offices delivers concrete results and provides young people with real opportunities for employment and career development. He underlined the importance of young people using available services, since through cooperation with employers and various training programs they can gain real chances in the labor market.
The general conclusion of the event was that it is necessary to strengthen awareness and trust in the employment system, in order to open opportunities for young people to find jobs and thus contribute to long-term interethnic trust and social cohesion.
