NGO ACDC organized a three-day team retreat within the organizational development grant

Through joint work, discussions, and interactive sessions, team members discussed key challenges, program priorities, and directions for the further development of ACDC in the coming period.

The retreat contributed to better internal coordination, exchange of ideas, and strengthening a shared approach to the organization’s future activities.
