Organizational Development Grant

Project Goal

To enhance ACDC’s long-term organizational sustainability, increase cybersecurity resilience, and shift towards a strategic, program-oriented model of civil society engagement in Kosovo.

 Key Components:

  1. Digital Security & Tools Upgrade

    • Procurement of new laptops, NOD32 antivirus software, and Canva Pro

    • Strengthening protection after recent social media hacking

  2. Capacity Building

    • 3 cybersecurity & AI-related trainings for staff

    • Focus on organizational adaptation to digital challenges

  3. Strategic Transition (2026–2030)

    • Development of a five-year strategy with external expert

    • Thematic programs: Rule of Law, Human Rights, Youth, Education, Interethnic Cooperation

  4. Fundraising & Crowdfunding

    • Development of a fundraising strategy and 5 trainings in crowdfunding/digital campaigns

  5. Team Retreat in Prizren

    • 3-day retreat to align staff with strategic vision and new policies

Target Groups:

  • Ethnic minorities (Serb, Roma, Ashkali, Bosniak, Egyptian)

  • Women and girls

  • Youth across northern Kosovo

Expected Results:

  • Strengthened digital infrastructure and data protection

  • Comprehensive strategic roadmap and fundraising strategy

  • Improved internal cohesion and staff preparedness

  • Transition to long-term, impact-driven thematic programs
