Pilot Community Councils – Strengthening Local Governance

The project seeks to establish functional, inclusive, and legitimate local community councils in Zvečan and Zubin Potok. These councils will enable citizens to articulate their needs, participate in decision-making processes, and contribute to transparent and accountable local governance. The project promotes participation, interethnic cooperation, and joint decision-making.
